Yes, darlings: you need one (or two) in your style arsenal.  I love these, because they’re a great way to add visual interest to your wardrobe and are a super easy way to switch it up from your usual leather tote or purse.  Whether you keep it neutral, add a pop of color, or go wild with a funky print or feminine floral option, straw and rattan clutches and totes are a summer essential!

These need not be expensive; you can find them at a variety of price points in vintage boutiques, on vacation (such as at the Straw Market and beaucoup street vendors in the Bahamas), at big box locations like Target, or even on Etsy and eBay (I could get lost looking at them. Seriously. I saw about 15 that I NEED.).

Worried about what to carry it with? Don’t be.  These go everywhere, with everything: from your shorts and capris to your maxis and sheaths.  Don’t be afraid to accessorize your soft summer seersuckers or silks with a rattan clutch; mixing and matching is what will make your outfit more interesting.
